Freelance Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: CotswoldXL, Blockley
Hours: 8 hours per week, across 2 or 3 days, on-site. Possible WFH after 3mths
Contract: Freelance only

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Marketing Analyst to join our team for 8 hours per week (across 2 or 3 days) at our premises. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results.

You will be responsible for posting to and managing our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and other analytics tools, you’ll create, track, record, and report on campaign performance — helping us and our clients see real, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule prepared adverts and promotional content across social media platforms.
  
  
• Share and promote content effectively to maximise engagement and reach.
  
  
• Monitor and analyse performance using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of advertising results and produce clear, insightful reports for clients.
  
  
• Suggest new concepts, strategies, and ideas to improve campaign outcomes.
  
  
• Maintain a strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
  
  
• Hands-on experience posting and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and suggest new creative ideas.
  
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  
  
• Previous experience in a marketing or digital advertising role is highly desirable.
